Quality Talent Group currently seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. The role involves delivering direct nursing care, administering medications, and contributing to the development and evaluation of patient care plans in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Experience delivering direct nursing care in long-term or skilled nursing settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long‑term care facilities.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
