Job summary
Quality Talent Group is partnering with a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York to hire Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) professionals. We offer Full-time, Part-time and PRN roles with Day, Evening, and Weekend shifts available to fit your schedule.
You’ll deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, document care plans, and work with a supportive team while using EHR systems.
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of practice.
- Recent grads are encouraged to apply.
- Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
