Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an LPN to provide direct nursing care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and help implement individualized care plans.

We welcome new grads and offer flexible shifts (day, evening, night) with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN, plus daily pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
