Job summary
Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for roles in our client’s skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. The position offers Full-time, Part-time, and PRN schedules with Day, Evening, Night shifts and a daily pay option.
Ideal candidates are licensed in the relevant state, comfortable with medication administration and IVs, and proficient in documenting and coordinating care plans; new grads are welcome to apply.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
- New grads welcomed to apply.
- Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
