Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our client's network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York.

This role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts (day, evening, night) with opportunities for career growth, daily pay, and comprehensive benefits, all within a patient-centered setting that values teamwork and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
