Job summary
Quality Talent Group is assisting a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New Jersey to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
This role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts with day, evening, and night options. New grads are welcome; daily pay options; comprehensive benefits; and career growth opportunities.
The LPN will provide direct care, administer medications, document care, and educate residents and families as part of a patient-first team.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in state of practice.
- New grads encouraged to apply.
- Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
