Job summary

Quality Talent Group is partnering with a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our client’s patient-first care team. Multiple shifts and flexible schedules are available, including day, evening, night, and weekend options; new grads are welcome.

The role emphasizes medication administration, direct patient care, and active participation in care planning within skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
