Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our client’s skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. This role offers Full-time, Part-time, and PRN opportunities with Day, Evening, and Night shifts to fit varied schedules.

As an LPN you will administer medications, manage IVs where permitted, document care using EHR systems, and help develop individualized care plans. New grads are welcome; benefits include Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, daily pay, and career

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
