Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for roles in our client facilities in Tennessee. The position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with day, night, and weekend shifts.

Expect to provide direct nursing care, medication administration, and care plan implementation in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license, are comfortable with EHR systems, and possess strong documentation and communication skills.

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
