Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our care teams in Fargo, ND on PRN, part-time or full-time contracts. Roles involve assisting with daily activities, medication administration, and mobility support in long-term care or assisted living settings.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in SD or eligibility for multi-state reciprocity.
• LPN certification and standards must be maintained.
• Experience as LPN is preferred; must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide PRN/contract staffing in long-term care or assisted living settings.
• Assist with daily activities for patients.
• Pass medications according to plan.
• Support with ambulation, transfers and ROM exercises.
• Monitor vitals and observe for changes requiring care adjustments.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) job duties may include:

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living settings
• Aide with daily activities
• Pass medications
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Check vitals
• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license withinSouth Dakota, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility
• Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experiencehighlypreferred
• Must be 18 years of age
