Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Harrison, NY to fill Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) roles. We offer Full-time, Part-time, and PRN opportunities with Day, Evening, and Night shifts to accommodate diverse schedules.

As an LPN you will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and contribute to individualized care plans, while adhering to high standards of documentation and patient education.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
