Job summary

Community Care Pediatrics Saratoga is seeking an LPN to join their team in a full-time role (36-40 hours per week). Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with a half day once per week and occasional rotating Saturday mornings.

Responsibilities include vaccine administration, patient documentation in the EMR, maintaining patient flow, and assisting with procedures such as PFT and EKG. Compensation ranges from $26.00 to $33.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS LPN license required.
• Experience administering vaccines preferred.
• Strong computer skills and EMR familiarity required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain specimens as directed by the provider.
• Enter orders accurately into the lab system.

• Process patient prescriptions.
• Discuss test results with patients as instructed by the provider.

• This position is eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus!!**

Responsibilities

• Administer and record vaccines.
• Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
• Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
• Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider.
• Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system.
• Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations)
• Process patient prescriptions.
• Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.

Compensation: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
