Job summary

Community Care Physicians is seeking a full-time LPN for the Saratoga Medical Associates office. This 40-hour-week position runs Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with duties across vaccines, patient preparation, documentation, and flow management.

Requirements include a valid NYS LPN license, prior LPN experience in a medical setting, and strong EMR skills. Competitive pay ($26–$33/hr) with a $3,500 recruitment/retention bonus and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

Job description

Our Saratoga Medical Associates office is looking for a Full-Time LPN to join their team!

This is a 40 hour week. The hours are: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.

• This position is eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus!!**

Responsibilities

• Administer and record vaccines.
• Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
• Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
• Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider.
• Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system.
• Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations)
• Process patient prescriptions.
• Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.

Compensation: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
