Job summary

Community Care Physicians is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse for our Saratoga Medical Associates office in New York. This 40-hour/week role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with a recruitment bonus of up to $3,500.

Compensation ranges from $26.00 to $33.00 per hour, with a comprehensive total rewards package including medical, dental, vision, life insurances, paid holidays, PTO, retirement plan, and more in a business casual environment.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS LPN license.
• Experience as LPN in a medical practice or as Medical Assistant/Patient Care Tech is preferred.
• Strong computer skills with EMR experience.
• Knowledge of basic nursing principles and infection-control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Administer and record vaccines.
• Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
• Document information into patient records accurately.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Prepare patient for visit per office/provider requirements.
• Obtain specimens (urine, blood, etc.) as directed by the provider.
• Enter orders into the lab system accurately.
• Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medications, immunizations).
• Process patient prescriptions.
• Discuss test results with patients per provider instructions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and record vaccines.
• Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
• Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
• Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider.
• Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system.
• Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations)
• Process patient prescriptions.
• Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.

Compensation: $26.00 - $33.00 per hourCCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth.
