Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility undergoing renovation under new management. You will provide daily resident care, administer medications, and work with the care team to update care plans.

Applicants must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing with a current NY LPN license. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, and COVID-19 vaccination is encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond to resident/family needs.

• Monitor and document vitals, treatments, and resident responses.
• Oversee and evaluate CNA assignments and care delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Current LPN license in good standing in New York
