Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in New York. This full-time on-site role supports residents with daily care, medications, and care plan collaboration.

We offer a pay range of $30.50 to $34.50 per hour with a sign-on bonus up to $2,000 and Aetna health benefits beginning the month after hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current LPN license in good standing in New York.
• Ability to work under pressure and with staff collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond to resident/family needs.
• Deliver direct resident care using nursing judgment and prioritization.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor for effects.
• Collaborate with care team to update care plans and communicate findings.
• Monitor and document vitals, treatments, and resident responses.
• Oversee and evaluate CNA assignments and care delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing
