Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position in a 120-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in New York. The role focuses on daily resident care, medication administration, and collaboration with the care team to update plans and monitor progress.

Ideal candidates hold an approved nursing diploma, an active NY LPN license, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current LPN license in good standing in New York.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and collaboratively with staff
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach to care
• Genuine interest in supporting ill, injured, disabled, and elderly residents
• COVID-19 vaccination encouraged (not mandated)

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to unit leadership and respond to resident/family needs
• Deliver direct resident care using nursing judgment and prioritization
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor for effects
• Collaborate with care team to update care plans and communicate findings
• Monitor and document vitals, treatments, and resident responses
• Oversee and evaluate CNA assignments and care delivery

Education
