Job summary

Community Care Physicians is seeking a dedicated LPN for our Family Medicine practice in New York. This full-time role is 40 hours per week, providing vaccines, patient care, and charting under supervision.

Responsibilities include administering vaccines, updating records, assisting providers, and maintaining patient flow. LPN with NY license and EMR experience is preferred; we offer a supportive team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS LPN license.
• Previous LPN experience in a medical practice or prior experience as a Medical Assistant or Patient Care Tech.
• Strong computer skills with experience using EMR.
• Knowledge of basic nursing principles and protocols.
• Knowledge of infection control, environmental safety, and patient confidentiality.
• Maintain strictest confidentiality and discretion.
• Knowledge of medical chart reporting/records.
• Skill in appropriate assessment and assistance techniques.

Compensation

$26.00 - $33.00 per hour

CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
