Job summary

The Avenue at Strongsville is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our night shift team. You will provide skilled nursing care to residents, administer medications, and contribute to individualized care plans in our new facility with private rooms.

We offer 12-hour shifts, full- or part-time positions, daily pay, and a supportive, family-owned environment focused on growth and quality of life for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Ohio.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and documenting patient condition, including vital signs, medical history, and treatment plans
• Administering medications and therapies as prescribed by our medical team
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet each patient's unique needs
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless coordination of care
• Educating patients and their families on their condition, treatment options, and disease management
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment

About the Role:
