Job summary

Haven of Tuscola LLC is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team in Tuscola, IL. The role offers full-time, part-time and weekend options with competitive pay and benefits.

You'll provide direct nursing care, administer medications and IV therapy, monitor and document resident conditions, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Ongoing professional growth is encouraged within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN license required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

Responsibilities
