Haven of Tuscola is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team in Tuscola, IL. We offer supportive environment, consistent scheduling, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Ability to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed.
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Ensure compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies.
• Respond to changes in resident conditions and provide clinical leadership during your shift.

New Rate: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
