Haven of Farmer City is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team in Farmer City, IL. We offer consistent scheduling, supportive leadership, and opportunities for advancement.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with physicians and CNAs. NEW wage rates are $32.00–$37.00 per hour; full-time and part-time positions available.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.

Responsibilities
