Job summary

Haven of Arcola is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team in Arcola, IL. New rate is $30.00–$35.00 per hour with full-time or part-time schedules and weekend availability.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, collaborate with physicians and CNAs, and help create and follow care plans while upholding Illinois nursing standards. Experience in long-term care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans.
