New pay range is $30.00–$35.00 per hour. Responsibilities include meds and IV therapy, care plan documentation, and collaboration with physicians and CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
