Quality Talent Group is recruiting an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a client network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. The role offers Full-time, Part-time, and PRN shifts with Day, Evening, and Night options, along with daily pay and flexible scheduling.

The position involves delivering direct nursing care, administering medications, and implementing care plans in a resident-focused environment that emphasizes teamwork, clinical excellence, and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
