Job summary

Quality Talent Group, on behalf of a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York, is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Day, Evening, and Night shifts are available, with daily pay option where offered.

Deliver direct nursing care, administer medications and IVs, and implement care plans in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. NY LPN license, strong documentation, and comfort with EHR are required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
