Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. This role offers Full-time, Part-time, or PRN positions with day, evening, and weekend shifts to fit various schedules.

You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and contribute to treatment plans in a patient-first team. Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice required; new grads encouraged.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
