Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. Full-time, part-time or PRN positions with Day, Evening, Night shifts available.

You will administer medications, provide direct nursing care, document care plans, and educate residents and families. Active LPN license required; new grads welcome. EHR experience encouraged; competitive benefits and daily pay option.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed
