Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our client’s skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. Full-time, part-time or PRN positions with Day, Evening, and Night shifts are available; daily pay options and flexible schedules support work-life balance.

You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, document care, and educate residents and families. Active LPN license in NY required; new grads welcome and IV care experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed
