Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Tennessee. The role offers full-time, part-time or PRN shifts with Day, Evening and Night options, and a patient-first care approach.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in Tennessee

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed
