Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in clients’ homes under the supervision of an RN. You will coordinate care with families and the interdisciplinary team in Shenandoah, IA.

Requirements include an accredited LPN program, current state LPN license, valid driver's license, CPR certification, and at least two years of LPN experience (home health preferred). This role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.
