Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for trusted skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New Jersey. The role offers Full-time, Part-time or PRN positions with Day, Evening and Night shifts to fit your schedule; daily pay option available and a supportive team focused on patient-first care.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications and IVs, maintain care plans, record vital signs, and collaborate with physicians, families and staff.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates welcome.
• Experience with medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with EHR/digital charting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
