Quality Talent Group in New York is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, and help implement individualized care plans in a patient-first environment.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
