Job summary

Quality Talent Group's client is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in Tennessee. We offer full-time, part-time and PRN roles with Day, Evening, and Night shifts to fit your schedule.

New grads are welcome. You will administer medications, monitor residents, document care using EHR, and educate families. Competitive benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 1199 Union support.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
