Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Sunnyside, NY.

This role offers day, evening, and night shifts with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN work. You will administer medications, document care, monitor residents, and educate families while collaborating with a dedicated team in a patient-first environment.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice (New York)
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed
