Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for our client, a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. This position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with day, evening, and night shifts to fit diverse schedules.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, document care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-first outcomes in long-term care facilities.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
