Job summary

Quality Talent Group presents Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) opportunities across full-time, part-time and PRN roles in New York.

Shifts include Day, Evening, and Night with Daily Pay options, flexible schedules, and comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision insurance plus 1199 Union benefits.

New grads are welcome and you will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, document with EHR, and support residents and families in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
