Job summary

Community Care Physicians is seeking a Full Time LPN to join Community Care Family Medicine. This 40-hour-per-week position includes responsibilities such as administering vaccines, maintaining patient flow, and documenting in EMR.

Qualified applicants will hold a NYS LPN license, have EMR experience, and be committed to patient confidentiality in a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS LPN license.
• Previous LPN experience in a medical practice or prior experience as a Medical Assistant or Patient Care Tech.
• Strong computer skills with experience using EMR.
• Knowledge of basic nursing principles and protocols.
• Knowledge of policies and procedures related to infection control, environmental safety, and patient confidentiality.
• Maintain strictest confidentiality and discretion.
• Knowledge of medical chart reporting/records.
• Skill in appropriate assessment and assistance techniques.

Compensation

$26.00 - $33.00 per hour

CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
