Shorewood Senior Living in Rochester, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a Silvercrest Community. You will administer medications, assess residents, and develop care plans while guiding unlicensed staff and supporting residents with dementia with compassion.

Qualifications

• Current, active Minnesota LPN license.
• Two or more years of experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, or home care is preferred.
• Experience with geriatric assessment, dementia care, and supervising unlicensed staff is a plus.

Responsibilities

Schedule

Full-time, day shift, Monday–Friday, plus a weekend rotation

What You’ll Do

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and care plans

What You’ll Need
