Quality Talent Group is recruiting a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our client’s skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. The role offers day, evening, and night options with full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules.

Ideal candidates have an active LPN license, strong medication administration skills, and experience with EHR/digital charting. Daily pay and comprehensive benefits are available for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
