Job summary
Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. The role offers Full-time, Part-time, and PRN options with Day, Evening, and Night shifts to deliver direct nursing care.
Active LPN license required; new grads welcome. Responsibilities include medication administration, patient care, care-plan implementation, and EVR/EHR documentation. Daily Pay and comprehensive benefits are available.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
- Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
- Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
- Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
- Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
