Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. Positions are available on full-time, part-time, and PRN basis with day, evening, and night shifts. The role focuses on medication administration, care plan implementation, and patient education within a patient-first care team.

Active LPN license required; new grads welcome. Proficiency with EHR/digital charting and strong documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
