Job summary

Affirmed Home Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care in New Brunswick and surrounding Central New Jersey areas. You will administer medications, monitor clients, and work within individualized care plans.

What You’ll Do

Provide compassionate nursing care based on the client’s individualized care plan

Administer medications and prescribed treatments

Provide wound, catheter, and other skilled nursing care within your scope of practice

Support the client’s comfort, safety, dignity, and independence

What We’re Looking For

Active New Jersey LPN License

1+ year of nursing experience preferred

Current CPR/BLS certification
