Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to deliver high-quality home care and staffing services. Positions available include PRN, part-time and full-time contracts with flexible DAY, EVENING, and NIGHT shifts across our service areas.

Qualified candidates hold an active LPN license in South Dakota or multi-state eligibility, are at least 18, and maintain required certifications. Prior long‑term care or assisted living experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in SD or multi-state eligibility.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Maintains required certifications/qualifications and standards.
• LPN experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications.
• Aide with daily activities.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Check vitals and observe patient for changes requiring care adjustments.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) job duties may include

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living settings
• Aide with daily activities
• Pass medications
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Check vitals
• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within South Dakota, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility
• Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience highly preferred
• Must be 18 years of age
