Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in South Dakota. Opportunities include PRN, part-time and full-time contracts with DAYS, EVES and NOC shifts.

Employment offers weekly pay and benefits with eligibility for health insurance after one year of full-time status. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, medication administration, wound care, vitals monitoring, and patient transfers.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in SD or multi-state eligibility.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Certification/qualifications maintained as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in long-term care facilities or home health settings.
• Assist with daily activities and mobility.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor and document vitals.
• Observe patients for changes and report to supervising staff.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) job duties may include:

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living settings
• Aide with daily activities
• Pass medications, give treatments, provide wound care
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Check vitals
• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) qualifications:

• ActiveLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN)license withinSouth Dakota, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility
• Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experiencehighlypreferred
• Must be 18 years of age
