Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for home care and staffing across South Dakota. We offer PRN, part-time and full-time contracts with DAY/EVE/NOC shifts and 8/10/12-hour options. Enjoy weekly pay and on-call support from Interim HealthCare.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, administering medications, wound care, vitals monitoring, and supporting transfers. An active SD LPN license and 18+ years old are required.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license within SD, or reciprocity/multi-state eligibility
• Maintains required certification/qualifications and associated standards
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience highly preferred
• Must be 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• PRN and/or Contract Staffing in Long-Term Care Facilities, and/or Assisted Living settings
• Aide with daily activities
• Pass medications, give treatments, provide wound care
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Check vitals
• Observe patient for issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment
