SCOPE: Provides clinical support to the Medical Oncologist; Functions as a point person/coordinator of services for oncologists and oncology patients. Promotes the smooth transition of patient care from entry into MBPCC system until completion of treatment and throughout follow-up process. Assists designated physician(s) in a variety of professional and paraprofessional patient care activities as specified and requested.
Active RN or LPN license in the state of LA required
ONS/OCN highly preferred
BLS CPR required
Minimum of 5 years of general nursing experience
