Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate home health care to clients in Massachusetts. You will administer medications, monitor health status, assist with daily living activities, and educate families on care plans.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in home health or related healthcare setting.
• Current BLS certification.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion and commitment to quality patient care.

Responsibilities
