Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate home health care to clients in their homes across the region. You will join a supportive, high‑performing team focused on enhancing lives for clients and families.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vitals, assisting with activities of daily living, educating families, and coordinating with RNs and physicians. EHR documentation and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Active and valid LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in home health or related healthcare setting.
• Current BLS certification.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
