BrightStar Care is seeking an LPN to deliver compassionate home health care to clients in Massachusetts. You will work with a supportive team to manage medications, monitor vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and educate families on care plans.

The role requires an active MA LPN license, at least 1 year in home health, and current BLS certification. EHR proficiency, strong communication, and dedication to patient care are essential.
